This 82 year old woman has overgrown back yard and her fence has been torn down from the hurricanes. She has been given notice from the city code enforcement that she needs to get her property maintained. This elderly homeowner (70 year old) struggles with the steps to get in and out of her mobile home. For her safety to not fall she is needing a ramp at the front or back door. You can see the pictures below of the two steps to get in. The ramp doesn't need to be big just long and high enough for a slope that she can enter without having a step. This should take 2-3 volunteers 3 hours to complete.
2619 E. Liberty St. North Tampa
This elderly woman, Rita, needs her home to be pressure washed and her 1,300 sq ft house exterior painted. You see the pictures below showing a need to clear the cut branches to the street curb and needing to cut back shrubbery against the house with a weed eater and sheers before pressure washing. You can see the living room paint is peeling and needs repainting. I would suggest a team goes out to do the yard work, pressure wash, and paint the interior then the next day paint the exterior. If that is too much then just the yard work, pressure washing, and painting the interior would be a blessing to Rita! 8-10 volunteers for 3-5 hours.

Mrs. Dorothy is a sweet elderly woman, (74), who wants her house painted but doesn't have the physical ability or financial means to have it done. She purchased the exterior paint for her house and is hoping volunteers will bless her by painting her small 800 sq ft house. It will require to be pressure washed before being painted. She also showed me the paint on the inside of her house is in a bad state and she hopes for it all to be one color. She will buy the paint if a team of volunteers will paint the inside. This project is to pressure wash and paint the outside of her house. If a group wants to go beyond that and paint the inside or if your team would rather paint the inside instead that would be a blessing. Here is a video of Luke talking about the project and Dorothy introducing herself.
