Services Needed

This elderly (72) Homeowner, Shirly, is in need after the hurricanes ravaged her home. Code Enforcement is informing her she is in violation with how her property is and she is hoping that someone can help her. She needs siding and soffit replaced on both sides of the house as well as fencing replaced and a new fence gate in order to be within code compliance. The siding and soffit are pretty high up so someone will need to be on the roof to complete the job. As far as additional things desired that are not code compliant she would like the tree that fell in her back yard to be cut up and hauled away as well as her roof to be patched/covered with a sealant so when it rains it doesn't drip. Please see below for included pictures. IF YOU CAN ONLY DO SOME OF THE WORK PLEASE STILL ADOPT THE PROJECT!!

Materials Needed

1. There are two spots of siding to be replaced approx. 50 ft. 2. Soffit along 2 ports of the house approx. 25 ft. 3. Yard work needs; two chainsaws, gloves, sheers, garbage bags, two rakes. 4. Fence gate and several new fence panels. 5. Epoxy roof sealant to patch where her roof is leaking.
