1. House is at a rounded/curve area on the road and the hedges are too high because of county ordinance. They need to be cut down 8 inches or more to be at or under 4ft height. 2. An area in the back yard with potted plant has high weeds growing that need to be weed eated down and sprayed with Roundup. 1. Homeowner walks with a cane and is concerned she will fall. Her back yard has a bricked tile (12' by 12' tiles) walkway that has 10 ft of uneven tiles. The dirt underneath needs to be leveled and tiles put back for a level walk path. PARK IN DRIVEWAY, CANNOT PARK ON THE STREET. BATHROOMS MUST BE AT NEAREST CONVENIENCE STORE.

1. Woods steps on porch are falling and rotten and need to be replaced. 2 steps 2"X12" planks that are 80" wide (We have pictures of steps and porch). 2. Front porch deck is 38' X 4 1/2' and the 1st two rows needs the boards replaced and a few others. Boards are 2' X 8' 3. Once the steps and porch is fixed. Pressure wash the front and back porches and paint black. 4. The wood gate boards a loosening and falling. They need to be secured with a hammer and nails.

1. Yard work- Grass/weeds and brush extremely HIGH and a bush hog is needed to cut it down (Homeowner will show location of septic tank). Once cut team must pick up branches and put in garbage can or by the side of the road. 2. Homeowner has handrails that need to be installed to ramp. The ramp is not in good condition and there are nails protruding which brings a safety concern. Homeowner will be satisfied if the yard work is done.

Bruce is in a wheelchair and is having trouble using his bathroom because of how narrow the space is with the cabinet. The task of the job will be removal of lower cabinet of bathroom sink and installation of a pedestal sink for wheelchair use. The sink and faucet will be about $125. It is not know what the repair will be for the walls once the sink and cabinet are removed. It may be a simple sanding and painting job.

There are several repairs needed at this home but in a volunteer scope of practice there are two items that can be done. 1. Sink needs replacing. Homeowner has the sink and fixtures but needs someone to install. Evaluator noted the drain lines might need to be replaced and not sure if they are included in the sink fixtures but says a DIY homeowner would be able to install the sink. 2. There are two small blinds that the homeowner has been taping together. The exact measurements of blinds need to be measured to know the length needed to install. 3. (Optional and possibly out of scope) A built in fridge is leaking and a new one is needed. Homeowner states he might be able to buy a new one but needs someone to install.

For this project it will be a lot of yard work. I would suggest a minimum of 2 weed eaters... hoping for three. (A lawn mower might be to dangerous as it looks like a lot of hidden debris in the tall grass. Jeanie would like the small branches and leaves removed from the roof, a tall ladder will be needed. There are lots of empty planters/pots that she would like to have placed in one spot, there are many places in the back yard. I suggest flipping them over to eliminate mosquito breeding. The wood deck is rotten and needs replacements. Jeanie can support the wood deck project with up to 100.00 dollars for supplies. If the yard and plants are the only things completed for this project Jeanie will be very grateful! Labor— 4 volunteers for the yard and 2 for the deck.
