Services Needed

1. Woods steps on porch are falling and rotten and need to be replaced. 2 steps 2"X12" planks that are 80" wide (We have pictures of steps and porch). 2. Front porch deck is 38' X 4 1/2' and the 1st two rows needs the boards replaced and a few others. Boards are 2' X 8' 3. Once the steps and porch is fixed. Pressure wash the front and back porches and paint black. 4. The wood gate boards a loosening and falling. They need to be secured with a hammer and nails.

Materials Needed

2 hammers, box of nails, Two 2" by 12" by 80" length boards for steps, Three 2' by 8' boards to replace front porch, 3 gallon ext black paint, 3 paint rollers, paint trays, 4 paint brushes, pressure washer. We have pictures for this project.
