1 toilets needs new flapper and resealed; front door needs new knob with a key; door needs new weather stripping or sealing; 1/4" round baseboard trim needs installed (owner has some of the trim); screen room needs some caulking as there is a water leak; rear shed needs wood replaced on bottom of doors (36" x 36")
