Yard work for branches hanging over roof and a dead tree - 10 ft ladder, extended power pruner, chain saw, branch removal, gloves, hedge shears, garbage can, eye protection Flooring- Needs inspection by crawling under the house to determine how many floor joists need to be replaced along with how much plywood is needed to set a new flooring base for the joist to be attached to.
