Services Needed

1. Ceiling needs to be redone (plywood) and replaced with drywall in 12 x 16 room. 2. Tile needs to be laid in 12 x 16 room. Owner has the tile. 5 x4 bathroom next to bedroom needs to be tiled as well. 3. Baseboards need to be installed in 2 rooms and 3-4 spots in other rooms. Owner has baseboards. Need to paint baseboards before installing. 4. Back room - ceiling wasn't installed properly. Needs to be re-done and painted. Owner has wall and trim color to do the painting.
